Stephan Pill, MD, is an Associate Professor of Orthopedic Surgery at University of South Carolina School of Medicine Greenville. Dr. Pill is dedicated to the education, research and treatment of shoulder injuries. He combines knowledge of his previous career as a physical therapist with his surgical experiences to optimize patient outcomes.

Dr. Pill completed his orthopedic residency at the University of Pennsylvania and advanced fellowship training at Steadman Hawkins. He is actively involved in resident and fellow education, and has contributed extensively to peer-reviewed research and academic journals in his field. In addition to patient care, Dr. Pill serves on several surgical and hospital committees and has earned numerous awards for leadership, teaching, and clinical excellence throughout his career.
